How Do I Deposit and Withdraw Turkish Lira?

Deposit

1. Login to your account to deposit cryptocurrency.
2. Go to Wallet section, select the “Deposit” option, and choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit.

3. After selecting your bank, you can make your transfer via your mobile banking app using the specified IBAN and name and surname information. You can complete your transaction by leaving the transaction description field blank. If your bank does not allow you to leave the transaction description field blank, you can enter your first and last name.

To ensure that your transfer is credited to your account without any issues, please note the following:

• You must only make deposits from a Turkish Lira account opened in your own name.

• EFT transactions made outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

• The recipient name must be entered in full as ‘Hepbit Financial Technologies Inc.’.

• The name and surname information of the account to which you are transferring Turkish Lira must match the Hepbit account.

• Transfers made via ATM or Electronic Payment Services will not be accepted as the sender's information cannot be verified.

• Transfers made from credit cards, branch counters, company accounts, or joint accounts will be refunded.

• Transfer transactions that do not meet the above conditions will not be reflected in your Hepbit account.

Withdraw

1. Login to your account to deposit cryptocurrency.
2. Go to the Wallet section, select the “Withdraw” option, and choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.

3. To ensure that the transfer you have made from your Hepbit account to your bank account is completed without any issues, please pay attention to the following:

• You can only transfer money to a Turkish lira account opened in your own name.

• EFT transactions made outside business hours will be credited to your account on the next business day.

• If you exceed the FAST limit, the funds will be credited to your account on the next business day.

• Incorrect Turkish lira withdrawal transactions will be refunded to your Hepbit account as soon as possible.

• If you exceed the FAST limit, the funds will be credited to your account on the next business day.
