How Can I Secure My Account?

1. Use a strong password to keep your account secure. 

   Create a password that is at least 8–12 characters long.

   Your password should contain a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as !, %, $, #).

   Personal information such as your first name, last name, date of birth, or phone number should not be used.

   Avoid predictable patterns such as “123456,” “password,” or “qwerty.”

2. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA).

   Go to account tab in upper right corner of homepage.

   

   Go to security submenu on page that opens. You can enable two-factor authentication from this area.

3. Keep an updated antivirus program on your computer.
