- Login to your hepbit.com account from mobile app.
- You can access the Account deletion request from the My Account tab in submenu.
3. Clicking on the tab in the image above will redirect you to the support request form.
4. After accurately filling in the relevant fields in detail, your account deletion request will be evaluated following review by our support team.
5. You will be notified by email if the result is positive or negative.
By deleting your account, you agree that you will no longer have access to assets in your account.
Will my personal data be deleted along with my account?
Accounts can be deleted upon request; however, please note that after deleting your account, Hepbit may be required to retain certain personal data for a specific period of time in order to enforce the company's rights in any future potential legal disputes or claims, as required by applicable laws such as anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing laws. After the mandatory retention period specified by applicable laws, your personal data will be permanently deleted.
